Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sqipp website at sqipp.com and the Sqipp platform ("Service"), operated by Sqipp ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Sqipp is an AI-powered early warning system for team health, delivered through Slack. The Service analyses workspace metadata — not message content — to surface insights about team wellbeing, workload, and collaboration patterns. Sqipp is designed for use by managers and team leads within organisations that connect their Slack workspace to the platform.

Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or signing up for our waitlist.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be authorised by your organisation to connect Sqipp to a Slack workspace.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Use the Service to monitor individuals without appropriate organisational authorisation and in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Sqipp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Your organisation retains ownership of all data it provides to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Slack workspace data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqipp and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (GBP 100), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sqipp does not warrant that the insights generated by the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision-making purpose.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
