Ship the new payments integration before the Q3 launch.
Decisions you can defend.
Your engineering cofounder.
Sqipp learns how your company works, building a living picture from the tools you connect, and helps you make the calls that keep delivery on track, grounded in your real context, not guesswork.
The payments milestone (ENG-114 to ENG-118) loses its owner mid-cycle. Two of five issues are unstarted with six days left.
Hand ENG-114 to ENG-116 to Alex and Priya, who already carry the auth surface, and let Dev finish ENG-117 to ENG-118. Defer the Q4 onboarding reset one cycle so nothing launch-critical slips while Maya wraps.

Features
Live nowReplan in minutes, not a rewrite.
When a key engineer gives notice or priorities shift mid-cycle, Sqipp turns the situation into a plan you can act on. It reads your live Linear cycle and context from the tools you connect, thinks it through with you, and applies the changes you approve to Linear.
Step 1 of 3
Describe what changed
“A senior engineer just gave notice. The payments milestone is at risk.” Sqipp asks a few sharp questions to fill the gaps.
Reassignments, priority and status changes, and descopes revert within 24 hours. Newly created issues and posted comments do not, so Sqipp always shows you those before it writes them.
New replan
Tell Sqipp what happened. A few questions, then a replan.
The vision
One cofounder for the whole decision.
Replan is where Sqipp starts. The bigger idea is a cofounder that builds a living picture of your company from the tools you connect, and helps with every call around the work, from the first rough direction to the spec to the day-to-day reprioritisation. Here is where we are headed.
Sqipp Brain
A cofounder that learns your company, so every answer is grounded in how you actually work.
Ask 'who should own the payments milestone now?' and get an answer that knows your team, your cycle, and your history.
The cofounder that learns your company.
Alex shipped the last two payments integrations and owns the gateway service. Priya knows the webhook layer. I'd give Alex the milestone and pair Priya on retries. Want me to draft the replan?
Right, Dev is carrying 6 issues this cycle. I'd keep him off payments and move his auth refactor to next cycle so Alex has room

Everything you need to know
Sqipp is an AI cofounder for engineering and product leaders. Today it replans your roadmap when something changes mid-cycle. Describe the situation, and Sqipp reads your live project data from the tools you connect (Linear, GitHub), works through the clarifying questions with you, and proposes a structured replan you can apply or revert. Over time it is growing into a partner for the bigger calls too.
Engineering leaders running 15 to 40 person teams, especially during disruption. The starting wedge is the departure scenario: a key person gives notice, the roadmap is at risk, and you need a structured way to replan instead of starting from a blank page.
Generic AI does not know your team. Sqipp reads your live project data from Linear and GitHub (cycles, ownership, burndown, activity), so its recommendations are grounded in your actual data, not invented. And it can apply the changes back to Linear, not just suggest them. You stay in control: nothing is written until you approve it.
In your browser at app.sqipp.com. You connect Linear and GitHub, describe a situation, and work through it with Sqipp there. Slack and other surfaces are on the roadmap, prioritised by what design partners ask for.
Read access to your Linear workspace (issues, cycles, ownership, comments), read-only access to the GitHub repos you connect, and the situation you describe. Changes are only ever written back to Linear, scoped to the issues you authorise. Reassignments, priority and status changes, and descopes are reversible for 24 hours. Newly created issues and posted comments are not auto-reverted, so Sqipp always shows you those for approval before it writes them.
